Reflective coaching begins with what you are experiencing rather than with a program to complete. The first conversation is about the situation in front of you, in your words, before any framework is introduced.
From there the work may involve exploring emotions and patterns, considering perspectives that are difficult to hold, using selected Epimap247 tools, examining possible responses and their consequences, and identifying a next step that makes sense to you rather than to the coach.
The boundaries are stated plainly. Coaching supports reflection, emotional intelligence, decision making, communication, and growth. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency support. Direct coaching appointments are available to adults eighteen years of age and older.
Growing with you means the conversation changes as you do. What was urgent in the first session is often not what matters in the fourth, and the approach follows that movement rather than resisting it.
