Refunds, cancellations, and care

We want payment to feel calm and clear. These are the commitments we hold.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least twenty four hours notice at no cost.

Late cancellation

Cancellations within twenty four hours may be treated as a used session, and we always look at the circumstances first.

Cancelled by Epimap247

If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a new time, whichever you prefer.

Journeys

Unused sessions in a multi session journey may be refunded on a prorated basis.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not refundable once delivered, except where required by law. Remaining balances stay on the card.

Organizational payments

Deposits and invoices follow the terms written in your approved proposal.
