Coaching
Private and organization sponsored coaching conversations helping adults connect lived experience, emotional intelligence, reflection, and purposeful action. Coaching supports leadership responsibilities, workforce readiness, transitions, and difficult conversations, and it draws on HeadCheck, ZERA Cards, Seven Mirrors, Language of the Heart, and the Scenario Basket.
Coaching appointments are currently available only to adults eighteen years of age and older. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, or crisis support.
