Using HeadCheck Alongside Coaching

Reflection before a conversation changes what the conversation is able to do with the time it has.

Coaching sessions often spend their first stretch locating the real question. Reflection done beforehand shortens that search considerably.

A person who has already paused, named what they are experiencing, and considered a few perspectives arrives with material rather than with fog.

Nothing from a private reflection is automatically shared with a coach. The person decides what to bring, and that decision is itself part of the work.

Coaching is education and professional development, not therapy or clinical care. Reflection prepares the conversation; it does not replace it.
